Ann: Retirement of non-executive director , page-36

That i'm aware of there are three leadership positions vacant (or alternativly a replacement hired and not announced).

1. Director of operations
2. Managing director
3. Non-executive director

Increased operational risk may arise if staff are required to make decisions above their pay grade out of necessity. Whilst not particularly insightful the Director of Operations vacancy concerns me the most in the short term.
