why not invest in the listed livestock exchange traded commodities?
Live and feeder cattle will still be trading on exchanges as long as people will be eating meat.
Then there are only 2 main risks to consider, the integrity of the ETC provider and risk of actual commodity price movement.
It seems to me the other options carry many more variables when it comes to risk,it always comes down to how much risk you want to take, and if its leverage you are after you can get that in spades as well.
