npv = ~$30m
you can argue the details of npv calc... but how much more [than $30m] do you think [bigger] price moving investors will pay ?
so mgt think they can dble resource... for a bigger project... so in theory sp should equal
+ npv ~$30m
+ probability x ~$80m
+ <$2-5m for each other project
