By your criteria, I'd suggest DYOR on CMY. Dunno what they have, but it's been unloved for a while and they did a CR at 0.008c. Saw it today on top 20 positive movers.
Chart showing a possible low today with bounce. It's on small value, but relatively speaking, volume is highish lately. Not liquid yet, but I'm sure that'd change on news.
