I think your too conservative, I was working on gross numbers and Louisiana POO is a premium to WTI.

If your going to use net revenue figures then you need to apply them to well cost as to, which brings costs back to about $3 mil, unless were footing the total cost of the well but I dont believe thats the case.

Agree with the need for a large IP.
