3. Is there any other explanation that the Company may have for the price change in the securities of the Company?
The Company is aware that on 9th January 2013 (yesterday) the Australian Financial Review published a positive article on the Company’s recent discovery of Nickel Sulphides at its Mt Fisher project, announced to ASX on 19th December 2012.
The Company is also aware that on 8th January 2013 Patersons Securities Limited issued a research note recommending Rox Resources Limited as a “Speculative Buy”.
4. Please confirm that the Company is in compliance with the listing rules and, in particular, listing rule 3.1.
