OK simple...if you were objective about LYC and Moly and werent an American with you head up your own blinkered American clacker (ok weird imagery)...who would you invest in if a choice need be made. Most people in LYC would know the Moly story and Smithy's proclivities as CEO..legal claims etc etc.
