They should hire the PR guys from Linc (LNC).
They came out with an announcement earlier in the week that they are producing 6000 bpd and the share price doubled giving it a market cap of $1 billion and debt to boot.
Roc has been producing at that rate for the last two years and is drifting along with a MC of just over $300 million with cash in the bank. (and I daresay a much lower opex cost of $13 per barrel).
The sooner the results are released the better.
