approvals, when?

    Whilst the spot price of IO has made a great recovery, the IFE SP has stayed pretty much in the basement (and TRF with it)

    As expected I believe the first driver to a change in the SP will be the determination of the approvals (for bulk storage, and changes to shipping distance), with the real driver only coming when we get financing completed, and then onto actual shipping.

    So anyone have any ideas/expectations as to when the approvals for changes with be granted( hopefully not /denied)? (I'm hoping at least by the Quarterly end of Jan).
