I mean, no one has a crystal ball about where prices are going, but high end developments such as Oceanique, and others in Perth like Steves on the Nedlands foreshore, and no doubt many others, have taken buyers off plan to the cleaners.

Makes a mockery of any concept of brand loyalty.

Not that developers care, but they should, because people are thinking very carefully about the wisdom of buying from them after so many recent disasters.
