position in market

I was hoping to open this thread with "G'day all, glad to be on board". Unfortunately it doesn't look like I will be joining you all just yet. I'm chasing some general feedback from a more experienced trader than myself. A week ago I placed an order for 1M CXY at 0.5c. Slowly over the past week my Position in Market raised from the bottom of the queue to second place this morning with first place having a few 100K left to fill. Today over 2M shares have been sold at 0.5c and still my order hasn't been filled and the poor bugger ahead of me still has 42K left to fill. My order will expire today and I will be forced to jump to the end of the queue behind 20M other buys at 0.5c which most likely wont trade within the next week so my trade will expire again.

Any comments - other than the obvious "if you want them get them at 0.6c".
