I know one should never count your chickens, but I usually factor the options (PENOC) into play when I consider share issue....odds are they will be exercised. In my mind they are already part and parcel of the PEN picture.
As an aside, the buy/sell depth today is showing more of that subtle manipulation we've seen before.....I'm feeling there's a good breakout to the upside coming soon - just a feeling I'm getting in my waters :) Some pressure to flush those with less resolve....
