If I'm incorrect in regard to this law binding UNS to take any action in regard to executive compensation I'm sorry I've misled anyone. I don't think I have as yet.
However, who in their right mind would be protecting a management team that received 30% no votes against their pay. That includes all voting rights of management and key stakeholders backing the board. It's a shocking result really.
