freddi, have you seen BBG lately? Top holders do take offers on low-priced companies. GRY is awaiting the big news- BFS- and the share price is unlikely to move materially until then. A BFS can often be the catalyst to M&A behaviour, though, as the market considers a BFS to be the right timing, or something. GRY is no longer a market darling, and the absence of information/results on some of its assets, plus lateness of promised announcements, might keep it trading at some kind of discount, with the market presuming that, if there are no ANN's on results, then the results can't be too great. They should be released regardless, though (continuous disclosure), even if they're not great.
I presume that each morning this week, before trade, the market will be awaiting the BFS. GRY management really had not better be late with this.
