I agree. I have no idea what IR will be in the future.$80 a tonne this time next year or $180 a tonne?Who knows.
As I stated i am researching AGO amd MGX. Interesting comment on the MGX thread:
"I Strip the cash out of the business and you have an enterprise value of around $450m. Should the company hit their target production numbers I anticipate at least $200m NPAT. So I am essentially paying $2.25 for every $1 of net earnings. Compare this to Atlas Iron where I am paying around $12 per $1 of earnings. Mine life does not justify this difference in earning multiples".
Not sure where this gentleman got his figures from.
Looking at the AGO presentations the future looks good. I assume hedging the IR price is not possible? I am new to the IR space.
