Would be a bit of a shitstorm if falls over. Further reinforced considering that if runs into problems, then why did both companies wait right up to the wire before informing the market considering been waiting 2 months since initial announcement. Certainly would raise some eyebrows, so assuming both companies are professional the subdued expectation is that the deal is still on the table and going through.Whatever the case, market doesn't seem to have any more information than we have else would have expected alot more trading either way.
