    Management are going fantastic mate. Just out of interest, are you in business or management? There is a common misconception that business and negotiation is an easy process. Forget about your shares for a moment and think about IR, HR, SWOT, marketing, research methods, associated strategy, finance and budgeting, global and domestic issues blah blah.
