The market nowadays hates announcements being late

If the announcement is later than next week
The announcement won't get the SP back to 60 cents

I believe an announcement tomorrow will get us to 65 cents
70 cents by the end of next week

Why management would say early January
When if they said the end of January and delivered early
The SP would spike a bit

It is obvious that management does not care about shareholders

When will they realize the market wants results delivered on time
