PETER HANSEN: I do think it is within the capability of the Israelis to discipline their army and to act more in accordance with international moral and legal standards. Our staff fear that they are being hit with impunity in the course of their line of duty.

MARK WILLACY: Not only have four UNRWA workers been killed in recent weeks, but food aid has also been destroyed.

Earlier this month soldiers demolished a building Israel says belonged to terrorists. In a warehouse on the ground floor was 500 tonnes of flour, rice and vegetable oil, World Food Program aid about to be delivered to 41,000 Palestinian refugees.
