    The cap raising approved at EGM 9 Oct 12 has lapsed.
    They can only issue relevant % under normal rules so will be far less.
    FMG deal can now not proceed without another meeting but as I have said before we would need another meeting for FMG deal anyway so guess that is why they were in no rush (as many posters here).
