You are entitled to your opinion of the situation but if it is as you say then at best management are inept for not taking the opportunity to issue a properly worded ASX release in simple English addressing each reported comment in the media with one that is sanctioned and explained by the board.

I have been an AOH stock holder in the past - I like the company and think its undervalued but wasn't prepared to hold as the price action on the chart leading up to the announcement gave me the indication that the announcement which ever way it went was not going to be well received by the market. ( initally at least )

I would have been more inclined to buy back in if the price had risen above resistance at 31c
