Mrs_Peel, there is a known coal deposit of coal running under the moutain, the seam is exposed in some areas at the base. Once Mantle has the paperwork in place the first order of business is to see whether the seam is accessible from within the licence area. If it is not, which IMO is unlikely then I am very confident that the traditional owners and Mantle both have the common goal to develop a CSM power project at the site, which is why they have progressed with the ILUA.
