“Advanced Recycling Center closes the nuclear fuel cycle”
Stated differently, David Powell is illustrating, speaking of a ‘closed fuel cycle’.
If laser technology cannot address the spent fuel in the Advanced Recycling Center, there is no ‘closed fuel cycle’.
