T/O is a possibility but i believe DD would reveal that this company is bleeding a slow demise, so i would think that any take over unless multiple parties are envolved would not result in a price rise of any substantial amount.
Maybe a JV by way of share issue could be on the cards, who knows but all will be revealed in the next 12 months im thinking.
