I enjoy Motley Fool and their approach/methodology to share investing. Love their style as well. I wasn't a subscriber back then but they constantly reminded everyone for eons how their 'best bet' MAD at about 65c (from memory)had produced wonderful returns for their subscribers. Looking at a chart MAD hit $1.44 within 3 months of Motley's recomendation.... a great result for sure! But knowing when to sell/exit is often harder than knowing when to buy/enter a position. 12 months on and the SP is back to where it started. I'm curious to know when/at what price did Motley urge holders to close-out? Or do they recommend to keep holding?
