I think you miss my point a little: I personally know that ATP is more than qualified and with similar experience (or better) than is being brought to the table by WP. My concern is the duplication at Board Level.. If indeed WP was brought in on a permanent and Full Time basis then, given the skill set already exists on the Board in ATP, why he wasn't appointed at Senior Exec level (ie Chief Officer Operations). This would ensure his fullest attention is given only to AVB affairs.

My real concern is that we can probably expect further appointments at CEO, CFO and COO levels.. further duplicating skills already present at Board level. This trend will result in a top-heavy board (and we haven't had the Xstrata appointees arrive yet..) and the company yet to raise a dime in revenue..
