There is zero confidence in the legal systems. I say legal because legal and justice are completely different concepts.
So with plea bargains, you toss a coin as to whether you think you'd get convicted regardless of guilt on evidence.
So even if you are innocent you actually plead guilty and incriminate yourself on a gamble. And that hollow admittance is forever more against you.
