I have been buying into Prime lately, looks very undervalued at about 9 cents. Normalised EPS of 2.2 cents last year, this year I assume it will be higher earnings due to whole market being higher and more positive sentiment. I noticed they cut the div last payment, but that's only temporary according to annual report, they are using funds to expand the business. Any views anyone? Thinking of buying more at these low prices.
