Previously, we on HC have argued that there is/has been BLT sp manipulation. In the past it has been used to keep the sp low or to blunt its growth but over the last few days there seems to be a rather crude effort to raise the sp. Personally, I can see no point in trading one share at 1.7c. This is not going to fool any investor.
