    Wow!! Indian Steel companies investing $11 Billion in Afghanistan - I would say that is very risky. They have written off $90 million in Bolivia and are currently talking to two companies about West Africian mines. If they were talking to a company with two lots of IO reserves then I'd be getting very excited. Pinnacle and Marampa going off at the same time.
