Good to hear from the Indian connection again in Altima Partners. Get some heavy weights together(WRG +Altima) and have a chat with the Mauritius govt. If WRG had alot of money they could fly a couple of influential officials to CA, USA for a presentation at the demo facility, or if Cape Verde was up and running a demo of that facility.
Its so important just to get Cape Verde going to help with the next sale. But need some finance to get it rolling. Which banks do business in Cape Verde ? is it a spanish colony ? A spanish bank would know the islands and the local govt and probably like to be a part of developing local utilites. Very low risk.
Cape Verde are not going to hang around forever. It has to be wrapped up before they go elsewhere.
