pfizer considers t/o of agila specialties, page-14

Dear Tangentland,

Good post, we have seen programs get cancelled before with PoH and takeovers, however this time I think is a bit different.

You may recall a few weeks back ie Dec 2013, PoH turned up as a Top 5 company to watch in 2013 out of over 1300 companies evaluated, and all here were stunned. Ie how did this happen, what do they know that we don't, how did a little Australian Bio come to the attention of Lux? Was there talk around the US bio sector we didn't know about or was it industry insiders talking.

Now fast forward 3 weeks and surprise surprise surprise, Pfizer is looking at taking over a related company that POH has a license with.

Isn't the chairman of Lux a former Pfizer CEO?

Looks like someone was playing golf with someone and gee wiz Lux luck out with some inside Pfizer goss that then focuses the analysts onto a little Australian biotech.

Outcome, Lux get made to look like heroes with a Top 5 call.

This is really starting to get interesting.
