I expect that Toro haven't been told what the extra information is yet. A lot of people take the first couple of weeks off at the start of the New Year for family holidays etc, so I expect the people in Tony Burkes department would only now be getting back into the swing of it.
If that was the case, someone needs to draft the list of extra information, someone to sign it off and pass up the line to the minister, who then would decide if he was ready to send it out. So maybe next week we'll hear more.
Then it depends on how onerous the extra information is, let's hope it doesn't involve additional investigations, but i doubt it. I'm thinking end of Jan for the submission of extra information, and a decision mid-feb.
Hope it's earlier though.
