Yeah, I hear your pain. Been in for a long time too - BUT, the very essence of your post, the grind, is why most never make money in this game. They are happy to get their money back and consider that a win. They usually move onto another dog and do the same thing over and over. Not me mate. This one is for my retirement.

I am not sure how long it will take for the churn to churn back to 9 but I will be there knowing that that will be just the beginning.

There are a couple of things I know (but as others say - "I know nothing"):
- I know the ground is good - very good.
- I know the people, particularly the Geos, are good - extremely good.
- I know the Chinese are not stupid.
- and I know gold is gold and when things are bleak gold goes strong.

There have been set backs yes and things that in hindsight could have been done differently but we live in very challenging times and fear is king...

IMHO you have to look at the big picture of what we have (assets) and how we are working to expand and achieve (growth/ profit). It's a bit like a game of test cricket if I can use an analogy. If you believe in the story and quality of FML, as I do, please don't be satisfied with getting your money back. This would be a bit like experiencing a drawn test match. Long time to be standing in the sun for bugger all.

I want to be gulping French champagne in the dressing room, and plenty of it...
