Apparently David, Mr. Albanese doesn't agree with you. Two days ago, discussing RIO's performance, he said RIO has been:

"delivering industry leading returns for our shareholders."

Now, I don't know if Mr. Albanese has had the time lately to look at the share price of the company he manages, but if he did, he would have noticed that the current share price is down on this time last year, down on this time two years ago and down on this time three years ago. So unless you have been trading this stock and been lucky at picking the right time to buy and sell, this company doesn't seem to me to be "delivering industry leading returns" as Mr. Abanese claims - at least not for long term investors.
