I agree 100%.
Nido had 75 days to prepare and release the half yearly account to the ASX. Why leave it to the last minute.
Not sure of the reason but it could be any one of the following:
Slackness or carelessness or an oversight.
Maybe, DW underestimated the ASX in enforcing their powers. Thought they may get a show cause, but instead got the worst form of punishment.
Im sure this will never happen again.
The ASX have set an example. I guess Nido and the other 8 companies were the scapegoats.
