    an extract from an article for Livingstone PL found in The Australian...

    Livingstone had raised $6 million through 30 million 20c shares to start a drilling campaign at its joint venture Forbes gas project in California. The company has a 50-50 stake with Orchard Petroleum at Forbes and is expected to fund two-thirds of drilling costs at three exploration wells.

    Livingstone said yesterday it wanted to start drilling as early as next month, using part of the funds raised.
