I understand the emotion here, but let's face it.
FMG have not screwed anyone.
They have acted in a fair and honest manner.
Simple fact of the matter is, OBL management should not have gone to market until the paperwork was sign sealed and delivered.
If they had not gone to market and deal falls through! then no harm done and no one out of pocket jumping into shares on the promise of this deal.
Perhaps it was done to boost the ailing SP?
Bye more time to work on an alt plan??
But the continued suggestion that FMG have scewed OBL is just plain out of line.
