Ok lets ha have at the game as it stands.

12/9 The manganese mineralisation is high grade (i.e. recorded at +55% on a hand-held XRF) and pure (i.e. with little or no impurities)

Comment excellent. Note hand held XRF if moisture present will envariably understate the reading.

10 Year Manganese Ore Off-take Agreement signed.

Comment but they havent proved up 10 years but because the debt funder is a good bloke we will let you draw down the money anyway. Nup. 2 blokes on the board now, MD knifed I would say, shareholders being prepped for Meetings to allow Noble to become substantial shareholder, ASX put on notice.
This my friends is purposely being kept skinny on the shares and high on the convertable debt. This is being prepped for a takeover by back door stealth. Noble couldnt give a rats what hurdles KAB miss, they have seen enough. No MD replaced, who do you think is running it now.

Delivery of approx. 180,000 DMT per year of a minimum 48% manganese lump ore initial 10 year term.

Comment we will bat this .

Initial sales have confirmed high grade and excellent qualities and low impurities of manganese

Preliminary mine plans completed at the Company’s Northern Zambian Project with initial planned run-of-mine production of 2,500 – 5,000 tonnes per month ramping up to 10,000 tonnes per month in 2013

Yep no surprise and no dissappointment here

Scheduled first delivery into the Manganese Ore Off-take Agreement in Q2 2013

This draw down of $1 million has been made in advance of the confirmation of licensing conditions in relation to the Northern Manganese Project at Mansa, Zambia which was previously announced on 24 December 2012. The Company expects that the confirmation of the licenses will made upon the re-opening of the relevant legal and regulatory offices in Zambia at which point in time $3 million will be advanced on or about 31 January 2013.

No matter whether you are negative or a positive here, this event will see this stock go up.

Kaboko’s CEO, Tokkas Van Heerden said that “this funding support from Noble along with the appointment of their representative, Papi Molastane, to the Board of Directors, provides strong support to the Company as it accelerates the development and mining of its high-grade manganese projects.”
