Well yes they can, depends on who has the deepest pockets and their objective for holding a price down. Seems odd just before the Bankable Study we had no shorts and as they are attempting to gain finance, a percieved advantage for any JV partner would be to ask for a % stake when we are @ 80 cents rather than $1.80, and our shorts are at record levels.

Also our structure for the warrant issue screams price supression.

It is up to cpl to rid the short sellers, and hopefully Q1 is our time.
