I haven't heard. I note that CXU was expecting Heritage clearance prior to Christmas. That may or may not have happened yet. No clearance = no drilling.
CXU did say that independent soil sample results are due late January 2013. I would expect these will be the first thing we will see in 2013.
If CXU were already drilling in 2013, I would have expected an update just to say that they have started.
