He mentioned that he was excited about Alexander East in particular. Then something about the whole area potentially being part of a larger porphyry copper deposit, which he was also excited about. Also mentioned he wanted to try and add as much value as possible before a bigger fish comes in for the kill. I echoed that sentiment. A hostile takeover now would only be for the intrinsic value of Paris alone.
