re: Ann: Quarterly Activities Report - Decemb... They are commissioning the plant - are not intending to be fully on stream (nameplate capacity) until April. Bringing different areas of the plant online and testing is all part of the commissioning process. If you wish to refer to this as a bottleneck fair enough.
As an example I quote from report - 3 trains per day are currently running .... With a fourth train due to be added as required by the ramp-up schedule.
As for the photo of the train loading - I would imagine the loading facility would be one of the last areas tested.
I am a long term holder too, until they have met their nameplate capacity I don't expect any fast increase in sp.
