Neo can't seem to get to 4.3 at the moment, keeps getting held back when it looks like to might move up.

Oppies sellers building at 1.7 too.

Still feels to me like someone is keeping a lid on the price and controlling it.

Let's hope this is broken real soon by a blockbuster announcement and the price breaks it's shackles.

Anyone want to have a guess on what date the next announcement could be expected?
