If the price of io was the issue the price should have rallied when the io was 150 but it didnt. I dont get it with the sp as i mentioned ages ago

First the problem was commisioning then it was financing then it was margins and the price was 40 cents so far comissioning is going fine the io price at the moment is fine and dont forgett we get a premium. We did get dilution whih gave us 74M and 20 to come from ansteel and the jv has 100 M. We have shipped 1.2 at say 100 pt cause of lower grade thats another 120 M in 90 days so by end of feb the jv will have 200M. Then if gbg put 50 in ansteel will put 50 in so that gives the jv 300 and gbg 40 for admin and exploration so the jv will have 300 at worst for ramp up

What am i missing?
