Yes Simmo I agree, 2 / 3 inverted is 3 over 2, or 1.5; so your one for one shares entitlement is the most likely result for most participants but for me it will/should be 1.5X plus one more share.
This is because 35,000sh X 2/3 was rounded up to 23,334 entitlement then 1.5X will equal 35001 shares exactly costing $5600.16.
