I've been having a look at the production records and the current drilling plans.

Apart from the new well on the new leases, there appears to be no drilling plan currently in place, this situation may continue until they get a new COO.

Even if they were to go ahead without a new COO being in place it will be mid March by the time they, drill, complete, frac and recover the frac fluids etc.

If I ignore the new Robinson well for a moment, I can see production even by the inflated BTU measurement dropping to 1,750 boed on a BTU basis, by the end of March. In fact I doubt they will be able to get production on a sustainable basis above 2,500 boed on the BTU basis before the start of Q3.

All of which will not help achieve the best possible sale price for the assets should they be trying to follow this path.
