I've been in OEX for a couple of years now and I've been marched up and down the hill more than just a few times.
The trouble is that most people assume that OEX has some good news just around the corner.......but it just doesn't usually work out that way.
If the SP were to jump a big bit, and then drop back a little, then I could reason that there might be something afoot. However, when it drops back to where it started a few days earlier, I reckon it's more of indication that this is on a lot of peoples radar, and at the first sign of movement they all jumped in. Hence, the huge volume of sales.
Even if there was some news around the corner, OEX have given the "Sgt Schultz" defence for the speeding ticket. So, they can't make any big announcement for a reasonable stretch now without looking like fibsters.
These guys would test the patience of a Saint!
All the best
