Put spot rare earth prices in a model and try and get a valuation anywhere near 80 cents. Then adjust the margins to reflect the cost of diluting waste/residue from LAMP (assuming this is even able to be approved by the Malaysian government), you will find very quickly that even 80c is looking aggressive.
