Not sure why you would want to broadcast a tie up with a bank that has recently been fined $670 million by the US regulators for money laundering over the last ten years?
I keep reading on here how honest and trustworthy the Chinese are in business transactions, so why would Shandong choose to jump into bed with a bank accused by the Yanks of leaving the system wide open to terrorism and drugpins by their actions concerning Iran?
Either they haven't done their homework, and have been extremely naive,or ethics and "good offices" are no longer considered paramount in business any more?
Blimey I could not be more surprised!!
For legal purposes this is fact and in the public domain.
